Glaze Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility & Duration

- Membership is open to all ages, but anyone under 16 attending workshops or events must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 who also holds a membership.

- Membership begins immediately upon purchase and lasts for 12 months.

- Your membership will auto-renew annually to ensure continuity of benefits.

- If you do not wish to auto-renew, you must opt out by emailing hello@thelittlepotterypaintingco.co.uk with at least 14 days' notice before your renewal date.

- If you cancel any time during the year, your membership will run until the end of your annual subscription date but you will not be charged for the following or subsequent years.

 

2. Cooling-Off Period & Refunds

- As per UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase.

- A full refund will be given, minus the cost of any discounts, freebies, or events attended.

- Workshops and Creative Club sessions are valued at £10 per session per person and will be deducted from any refund.

- Once the cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be provided throughout the duration of the membership.

 

3. Membership Card Usage

- Your membership card is personal and non-transferable.

- Sharing your card with others is strictly prohibited. If another person is found using your card, your membership will be void immediately without refund.

- You must bring your membership card to every event and when claiming any member benefits.

- If you forget your card, you may show the original proof of purchase email with the date it was purchased as proof.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

- If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately.

- A £5 fee will apply for a replacement card.

 

5. Bi-Monthly Creative Club & Pottery Painting Workshops

- Creative Club and Pottery Painting Workshops will be held bi-monthly (alternating each month), with dates and times emailed to you 3 months in advance.

- There may be occasions where we need to change the date or time of the event and we reserve the right to do so with no consequences.

- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Workshops are designed to develop your creativity, teach new pottery painting techniques, and explore underglazes, tools, and colour mixing.

- Creative Club is a relaxed opportunity to get creative and connect with other members. You can bring your own items or paint pottery on the evening.

 

6. Event Bookings, Transfers & Cancellations

- Members may transfer their event booking to another member if they notify us by email at hello@thelittlepotterypaintingco.co.uk before the event.

- No-shows or late cancellations disrupt the event for other members. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

- Failure to give sufficient notice or missing more than 3 events may result in a £10 fee per missed event and suspension from future events.

- If another member can take your space before the event, this will be accepted if notified in advance via email.

 

7. Membership Benefits & Discounts

- Member benefits, discounts, and perks are exclusively available to the cardholder.

- If you are paying for children, friends, or family, discounts only apply to the items you paint and the food/drink you consume yourself.

- Membership benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

- Pottery items for workshops must be purchased on the night, with discounts applied where applicable.

 

8. Auto-Renewal & Notification

- Your membership will auto-renew unless you opt out.

- You will receive a renewal notification via email 14 days before your renewal date. Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure you receive this.

- To cancel or opt out of auto-renewal, you must notify us at least 14 days before your renewal date by emailing hello@thelittlepotterypaintingco.co.uk.

- Example: If your renewal date is the 15th of the month, you must give notice by the 1st of that month.

 

9. Misuse, Behaviour & Membership Termination

- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if:

    - Membership benefits are misused.

    - There is inappropriate behaviour or language towards guests, staff, or other members.

    - Any breach of these terms and conditions occurs.

- If your membership is terminated, you will be refunded for the period from the following month onwards until the end of your annual membership.

- Example: If termination occurs midway through a month, you will be refunded from the start of the next month.

 

10. No Refunds After Cooling-Off Period

- After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be given at any point throughout the year.

- If you choose to cancel or terminate your membership mid-year, no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration.
